Terms of Service

Effective Date: September 1, 2026  ·  Last Updated: September 1, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Slipstream, an AI-powered video processing platform operated by Stronghold Labs, Inc. (“Stronghold Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and available at beta.strongholdlabs.io (the “Service”).

By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service.

2. Service Description

Slipstream enables authenticated users to submit video URLs from platforms such as Twitch, YouTube, and Kick—or direct HLS links—and receive AI-generated highlight clips through a web interface. The Service uses artificial intelligence models to analyze video content and identify highlight-worthy moments, and can generate clips, thumbnails, and vertical-format edits from that analysis.

The Service also supports live stream monitoring and capture, a personal media vault for uploaded video files, and social distribution—posting generated clips to third-party platforms you connect and authorize, either manually or automatically under cadence rules you configure.

We may add, modify, or remove features of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

3. Accounts & Google OAuth

Access to the Service requires signing in with Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of the Google account used to access the Service and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

Accounts may be individual or associated with a client organization. Organization-level settings (including connected social channels and auto-distribution cadence rules described in Section 6) may be managed by users designated as organization administrators.

The Service is intended for users who are at least 18 years of age.

4. User Content & Licenses

“User Content” means the video URLs, video files, and related material you submit to the Service, and the highlight clips, thumbnails, and other media the Service generates from that material on your behalf.

You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content to the Service, you grant Stronghold Labs a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to access, store, process, analyze, and transmit that content solely as necessary to provide the Service to you—including generating highlight clips and, at your direction, distributing them to the third-party platforms you connect.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit your User Content to the Service and to authorize the processing and distribution described in these Terms, and that your User Content does not infringe the rights of any third party.

5. Social Platform Distribution

The Service can post generated clips and related media to third-party social accounts you connect, including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Discord, and X (Twitter), at your direction. Connecting a platform is optional and requires you to authorize the connection through that platform’s own OAuth flow.

You are solely responsible for the content posted to your connected accounts and for ensuring that content complies with each platform’s terms of service, community guidelines, and applicable law. Stronghold Labs is not responsible for how a third-party platform handles, moderates, or removes content posted through the Service, or for the consequences of any such action on your account with that platform.

You may disconnect any connected platform at any time through your account or organization settings.

6. Automated Posting / Auto-Distribution Consent

The Service offers an optional auto-distribution feature. When auto-distribution is enabled for your organization, the Service will automatically post qualifying generated content to the organization’s connected social channels without a per-post confirmation, according to the cadence rules the organization configures (including posting frequency, platform selection, and content criteria).

By enabling auto-distribution, you consent to the Service posting on the organization’s behalf under those configured rules, and you confirm that you are authorized to grant that consent for the organization and its connected accounts.

  • The organization may disable auto-distribution at any time through its settings; disabling it stops future automated posts.
  • A post that has been scheduled but not yet published can be cancelled before its scheduled slot.
  • The organization remains responsible for all content posted through auto-distribution, in the same manner as content posted manually under Section 5.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Submit or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or that you do not have the rights to use
  • Violate the terms of service or community guidelines of any connected third-party platform
  • Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with the Service’s security features or rate limits
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except as permitted by law
  • Use the Service to build a competing product, or to scrape or systematically harvest data from the Service
  • Misrepresent your identity or your authority to connect a social account or organization

We may suspend or terminate access for any account that violates this section.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, interface, design, and branding (excluding your User Content), is owned by Stronghold Labs and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted to you to use the Service, no other rights are granted.

“Slipstream,” “Stronghold Labs,” and associated logos are trademarks of Stronghold Labs, Inc. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

9. Third-Party Services & APIs

The Service integrates with third-party platforms and APIs to provide its functionality, including:

  • TikTok — for posting and analytics via the TikTok Content Posting API
  • Meta / Instagram — for posting and insights via the Instagram API
  • YouTube — for video import and highlight clip uploads
  • X (Twitter) — for posting clips
  • Discord — for distributing clips to servers
  • Google Drive — for importing video files

Each of these integrations is optional, requires your explicit authorization, and is governed by that platform’s own terms of service in addition to these Terms. Stronghold Labs does not control and is not responsible for the availability, functionality, or policies of these third-party services.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated highlights will meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stronghold Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including any action taken by a third-party platform in response to content distributed through the Service.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us at support@strongholdlabs.io.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately; provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 8, 10, and 13) will survive.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Service, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, provide notice through the Service or via email.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. [Placeholder jurisdiction — to be confirmed by legal review.]

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
